Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled through Printify’s network of print providers, which allows us to produce items on-demand and ship them directly to you. Below is an overview of our fulfillment timeline, shipping times, tracking information, and other important details about our shipping process.

Order Fulfillment (Processing Time)

  • Made to Order: Each item is printed and produced after you place an order. Our production (fulfillment) time is typically 2–7 business days before your order shipshelp.printify.com. This allows us to ensure each product is custom-made for you with quality in mind.

  • Business Days: Business days refer to Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Production begins the next business day after your order is placed.

  • Peak Seasons: Please note that during holidays or high-volume seasons, fulfillment may take a bit longer than usualhelp.printify.com. We strive to ship every order as soon as possible, but external factors can extend production times slightly during these peak periods.

  • Estimates, Not Guarantees: All fulfillment times are estimates. While most orders ship within the 2–7 day window, these timeframes are not guaranteedhelp.printify.com. We appreciate your patience if your order takes an extra day or two to dispatch.

(In rare cases of extended delays or stock issues, we will proactively reach out to keep you informed.)

Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping on All Orders: We use standard shipping for all orders (no expedited shipping at this time). Once your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, delivery times will depend on your location:

    • Domestic (USA): Approximately 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatchswagify.com.

    • International: Approximately 7–15 business days on average after dispatch, depending on the destination. Some international shipments can take longer (in certain cases up to 20–30 business days) due to distance or customs processinggetfuelpod.com.

  • Delivery Estimates: You will receive an estimated delivery range at checkout or in your order confirmation. Keep in mind these are estimates and actual delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs inspections).

  • Customs & Import Fees: For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, as they are assessed by the destination country’s authorities.

  • High-Volume Periods: During busy shopping seasons or unforeseen events, shipping carriers may experience delays. This could add a few extra days to your delivery. We recommend ordering early during holidays to allow extra time for delivery.

Note: “Business days” for shipping transit are counted Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or national holidays.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Availability: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (for most orders). Printify provides tracking on the majority of orders, so you can follow your package’s journey to your address. The tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched and marked “Ready to Ship”help.printify.com.

  • How to Track: The email will include a link to track your package. You can click the link to see real-time updates of your shipment status. It may take 1–2 business days for the tracking info to show movement as the carrier scans your package into their system.

  • Partial Tracking or Exceptions: In rare cases, if a print provider does not offer tracked shipping for a particular item or destination, you will be notified. (This is uncommon, but if it happens we will still provide updates on the shipment status as available.)

  • Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can assist. Occasionally, carriers mark an item delivered 1–2 days before it actually arrives, or a package may be left with a neighbor or at a secure location.

Additional Notes and Policies

  • Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and might arrive on different days. This is because we work with a network of print providers; different items in your order could be produced at different facilities. Each item will ship out as soon as it’s ready, directly from the print provider’s location – so don’t worry if one part of your order arrives before another. There is no extra shipping cost for split shipments.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit, and an incorrect or incomplete address can result in delivery failures or returns. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately after ordering so we can try to correct it before fulfillment.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues can be re-shipped, but you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. We will reach out to arrange re-delivery in such cases.

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, please be aware that very remote locations or countries with strict customs may experience longer shipping times. If we are unable to ship to your location for any reason, we will notify you during checkout or shortly after order placement and provide a full refund.

  • Holiday Order Deadlines: To receive orders by certain holidays (Christmas, etc.), we will publish recommended order-by dates. Ordering before these cutoff dates helps ensure your gifts arrive on time despite the seasonal rush.
